1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClawdGo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ClawdGo provides a one-time setup service for personal AI assistants. We configure and deploy AI assistant software on behalf of our customers. Our Service includes:

AI assistant software installation and setup
Integration with messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
Pre-installed skills and automations
First month of hosting and an AI credit to get started
Technical support for a limited period as specified in your plan

3. Payment and Pricing

ClawdGo charges a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription. By purchasing our Service, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

One-time setup fee: $149 (Starter) or $299 (Pro), charged at the time of purchase.
Monthly subscription: $39/month (Starter) or $69/month (Pro), starting after a 30-day free trial period that begins on the date your AI assistant is delivered.
Monthly fees are automatically renewed and charged to the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your AI assistant until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

4. Refund Policy

Setup fees are non-refundable once the setup process has begun, due to the nature of the service (one-time digital setup and configuration). Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. After cancellation, your AI assistant remains accessible until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. Onboarding Process

After your purchase, we will send you a short onboarding email asking about your preferences (such as which messaging app you use and what tasks you want help with). This information is required before we can begin setting up your AI assistant.

You are responsible for replying to our onboarding email promptly. We cannot begin your setup until we receive your response. Any delay in your reply will result in a corresponding delay in the delivery of your AI assistant. ClawdGo is not responsible for delays caused by late or missing responses from the customer.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Respond to our onboarding email promptly after purchase so we can begin your setup
Provide accurate information during the purchase and setup process
Maintain the security of your account credentials and login details
Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
Be responsible for the monthly subscription fee ($39/month for Starter, $69/month for Pro) that begins after your 30-day free trial

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
AI service providers
Messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, etc.)

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The AI assistant software we set up for you is based on open-source projects. You retain ownership of your data and any custom configurations created specifically for you. We retain no ownership over your deployed instance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawdGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Support

Technical support is provided according to the plan you purchased:

Starter ($149): 30 days of email support
Pro ($299): 60 days of priority email support

Support is limited to issues directly related to the initial setup. Ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting beyond the support period may require additional fees.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to our Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClawdGo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
